Recruitment Consultant

We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant for a client based in Hertfordshire.They are a well-respected, established brand in Life Sciences/Pharma. They are adding headcount into the team and are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to work closely with the team sourcing talent for roles across the UK, US and Europe. You will deliver on urgent hires and also build a pipeline for future hiring for key clients. The role will be mostly Delivery to start but you will be expected to do business development once trained in their sector. If you have previous professional recruitment experience or come from a sales or customer service background and are looking for a new challenge this could be a good move!Based in the office 3 days a week and 2 from home.
