Technician Asset Management

This role, is a Technician Asset Management role based in London.Essential experience:Previous experience within Asset Management in a corporate environmentActive Directory – user management is keySCCM – Managing and deploying applicationsMulti-factor authentication – Okta would be great but understanding of MFA is more important than the tool.Citrix – Knowledge of using Citrix DirectorServiceNow – Incident and request management. ITIL knowledge would be nice here also.Experience with hardware asset3-5 years experience within IT SupportCharacter and personality:Exceptionally strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills – time management, being part of projects, clear track record of problem solving duties.A passion for learning and personal growth, with a drive to bring value to the team – we want someone to not just participate, but be brave, be proactive, has a personal care for Technology.Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and follow through on projects – ideally someone who is adept at working with autonomy and also collaborate, would prefer someone who has history of support in a Global team.Ability to work effectively with little direction, demonstrating self-motivation and resourcefulness.Strong interpersonal skills – this is a big part of our role, important to have strong user facing skills and team skills.A proactive and forward-looking mindset in handling work assignmentsResponsibilities:Stock Room ManagementStock Balance and Location AuditsPhone line management across EMEAHardware Lifecycle & health ManagementNew Joiner/ Exit ManagementAsset Tagging of all equipmentImagine and Provisioning of devicesDeployment and retrieval of hardwareSalary dependant on experience*Please only apply if you have the right to work in the UK **No sponsorships*
