My client is seeking a professional and proactive office assistant to join their friendly head office situated within a scenic area of Ipswich37.5 Hours a week.   • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organised office environment.
  • Support the coordination of office events and meetings.
Qualifications skills and experience:
  • Experience within an office role, supporting reception ect
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
