Sous Chef

sous chef required in the Chelsea area of London, this is for a Restaurant serving a good range of dishes. sous chef Salary upto £50k + service. It is 2 doubles and 3 singles a week, 52 hours a week. They are looking for a sous chef who can show passion to the ingredients they use. The role As a sous chef you will support the senior sous chef and head chef in the running of the kitchen, you will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly. you will jump on any section as required and run the pass when the head chef & senior sous chef is not in, This role will include all the standard sous chef duties.
