Location: Colindale Centre, NW9 6TD and Ponders End Centre, EN3 4DZ (one vacancy at each centre)

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to:
- Provide essential personal and pastoral support to High Needs learners throughout the day.
- Assist learners in developing their personal, communication, and social skills, facilitating their integration within the wider learner group.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the role and contribute to learner progress reviews.
- Collaborate with the team to help learners achieve their learning and development goals.
- Offer support to other learners who require it and assist colleagues with guidance.
- Support centre colleagues in areas such as administration, learner recruitment, initial assessment, and onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Grade C or above in English and Mathematics with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to support young people with learning disabilities in various settings, including the classroom, excursions, and the workplace.
- Some experience working with young people who have special needs is preferred.
