An Exciting Opportunity Awaits for an Acquisitions Surveyor in Lincolnshire for a Private Sector company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Increase Trading Sites
• Acquire Land
• Identify Sites
• Handle Transactions and Negotiations
• Agree Heads of Terms
• Work on a Retail portfolio

Qualifications:

• MRICS qualification is a must; Registered Valuer status is not mandatory.

Experience:

• Proven experience in Estates Management is essential, within a Local Authority context.

Work Arrangement:

• Enjoy a flexible work week with two days in-office presence and the convenience of remote work for the rest.
