Ref: AJ 46003 A Japanese IT company based in central London is currently looking for a Global Sales Account Manager to join their team. The Global Sales Account Manager would be responsible for bringing in new global customers. Understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese skill will be advantageous. ------------------------------------------- Permanent residence, Spouse, Partner - (Hybrid working available Visa support: Benefits: Travel expenses paid ------------------------------------------- TYPE: Full time, Permanent SALARY: up to £50k depending on experience, + bonus Global Sales Account Manager Main Responsibilities: • Create achievable Sales funnel(s) and commit to its implementation. Establish and develop your own customer targets and strategic outreach to potential customers • Fully understand and use the company's strength to enable creating a winning sales strategy • Visit potential customers designated by the LM & Division, to sell their product and services • Provide customer service & support in order to maintain the existing customer base • to facilitate the support of sales promotions, e.g., Share your experience and knowledge to facilitate the smooth running of the division and help other team members, especially junior and sales support, to develop their own sales skills and accounts management • Carry out BAU and track/undertake all aspects of back-office work such as IR, COUPA, SF, renewals etc. • Co-working and supporting both the Sales colleagues at all levels as well as from other divisions • Ad hoc requests from your line manager Global Sales Account Manager Ideal Candidate: • Previous experience in leadership in, specifically, ICT sales; Proven previous experience of good win ratio, especially in ICT Sales • Ability to develop strong relationships with Customer's, Carrier's and Partner's management level • Ability to produce high level documentation & presentations and marketing material as well as a quality service to all • Excellent knowledge of Security products, especially Next Generation, virtual, FW, MDR, Zero Trust etc. • Excellent knowledge and proficiency for ICT services, especially network, solutions, & security • Good technical computer and software skills • Resourceful, inventive and self-confident with proven customer service experience • Excellent communication skills / Excellent command of English, both written and spoke • Japanese language and Japanese cultural understanding an advantage *All applicants for the Global Sales Account Manager must have the right to work in the UK without any restrictions as the Company is not able to offer visa support.
