Passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, lead, coach, train & motivate a team to deliver results Financially and commercially astute with the ability to manage a P & L, costs, budgets, wastage and labour Sales building

GENERAL RESTAURANT MANAGER - YOU WILL:

Manage all day to day operations, including people, stocks & finances - the P & L

Recruit, train, lead, coach, motivate and develop your team Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front Maintain high standards of customer service

Ensure all compliance and company systems & procedures are adhered to Drive sales to maximise profitability
