About the Role:

In this role, you will be instrumental in defining the company’s visual identity and steering its creative vision. Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for creating designs that not only resonate with customers but also drive business performance across all channels.????

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Leadership: Set the strategic vision for the brand’s design language, visual style, and tone, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Lead and inspire a creative team to deliver standout work.
• Sales-Focused Design: Use design as a strategic tool to boost sales by ensuring that all promotional activities and product launches communicate effectively to customers.
• Integrated Marketing: Oversee the development of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring cohesive messaging and maximum reach.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously evaluate the impact of design and communication efforts on customer behavior and sales, refining strategies based on data insights.
• Team Development: Support, mentor, and empower your team to reach their full potential, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Commercial Savvy: Balance creative innovation with commercial outcomes, managing budgets effectively and negotiating with suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in creative strategy and communication
• Experience developing and maintaining design systems
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient in budget management
• Skilled in graphic design, photography, film, and animation art direction
• Experience building and managing brand guidelines
• Knowledge of customer experience and packaging design
• Proven ability to lead advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills
