Experience Needed - None! but you do need the minimum education requirements of: As a minimum, you will need GCSEs at Grade C/4 or Scottish National 5 at Grade C in English Language and Mathematics. Waivers may be considered for professional qualifications and/or experience. What will you do? In your role you could be: Advising on and administering pay and allowances, movements, travel and accommodation Preparing RAF personnel for deployment to operations and military exercises and supporting them throughout. Processing performance appraisals Providing welfare support to all personnel in the UK and overseas Administering Service Discipline procedures Managing career assignments in the UK and overseas, enhancing personnel employment pathways Analytics & Business Intelligence Executive Support Business Support Employment Policy Accounting & Finance Other roles may include Recruitment, Instructing/Training and many more. People Specialist Requirements Be a citizen of the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland, holder of a dual UK/other nationality or have been a Commonwealth citizen from birth. This is due to the rapid and effective deployability of RAF personnel to countries that apply travel restrictions to non-UK personnel. Be between 16 and 47 (Must start training before 48th birthday). Application will be accepted from 15 years and 9 months. Commit to minimum 3 years post specialist training. Pass a Fitness test.
