Are you an enthusiastic, driven Site Manager seeking an exciting new challenge? Fawkes & Reece are partnered with a privately owned main contractor who operate across the residential, student accommodation and commercial sector. This is a growing, privately owned business with over 300 employees and turnover of circa £450million who are actively seeking a Site Manager to join their team for a commercial refurbishment project in Southwark. The Site Manager candidate will be the Number two to the Project Manager whilst focusing on the project delivery of a £25million Commercial scheme. This project will involve part extension of steel frame and part refurbishment. Responsibilities for the Senior Site Manager Ensure the project is running to programme and is compliant with Health & Safety. Strong focus on Quality Assurance. Manage and Motivate the Site team and subcontractors Run weekly progress meetings and Health & Safety meetingsRequirements for the Senior Site Manager role Experience with commercial schemes circa £20million. Steel frame and refurbishment experience Number two experience on site delivery experience, seeing a project through from start to finish.
