Technical Spray Painter

Job Role: The company manufactures a wide range of PCBAs and Final Assemblies. You will be required to set up and run the automated conformal coating machine to provide a coating finish for a range of products. Inspection of the coating forms part of the role and training will be given to learn the programming and weekly maintenance. The effective nature of the process means that the candidate will utilize their skills in other aspects of the business in areas such as Assembly, Soldering, or Inspection. Previous experience in Con coating or car spraying is preferred. Responsibilities: Operate computer-controlled Conformal Coating equipment to successfully coat PCBAs Continually monitor the process to ensure perfect quality using inspection equipment Ability to read machine error messages and correct process & quality issues Hand spraying & manual touchup will at times be required Read and interpret Drawings, Diagrams and Bills of Materials Maintain high housekeeping standards Remuneration, Hours & Benefits Remuneration: Up to £12.34 per hour  Normal Working hours: 37hrs / week Mon – Thu 07:30-16.00 (half hour lunch) Fri – 07:30-12:30 (no lunch) Parking Free parking on site If this sounds good to you please send over your most up-to-date CV to Muriel at (url removed) or give me a call on (phone number removed)
