Complaints Advisor - Maternity Cover (Temporary)

Our client is a global law firm who are looking to add to their ER Team with an Employee Relations Advisor. This is a permanent role paying up to £60,000 with a hybrid working environment based in London. Being the first point of contact for queries on people policies. Providing initial employee relations advice, and meaningfully assisting with more complex cases. Assisting as the first point of contact for the wider HR function while supporting the Employee Relations & Policy team. The ability to advise HR Managers as you take them through ER issues. A good working knowledge of legislation and best practice, and experience using HR systems.
