Technical Sales Administrator

Technical Sales Administrator Mildenhall, Suffolk We are excited to be working with a large-scale manufacturing business based in Mildenhall, Suffolk, who are seeking a Technical Sales Administrator. You will be working alongside the sales team, supporting them with all technical enquiries and providing contracts administrative support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a technical environment or working with technical products as this will be a core part of your role. Someone with a technical mindset or a keen interest in the way things work would be a huge advantage! Key Outputs: •Raising production paperwork •Updating project trackers •Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries •Creating manufacturing conformity certificates/customer handover packs •Dealing with direct sales to leaseholders •Assisting with domestic sales of keys •Update databases •Filing and file maintenance •Answering customer telephone enquiries •Maintain a culture of service excellence •All ad hoc duties as requested by line manager Experience/Skills/Knowledge: •Organised and capable of meeting tight deadlines •Accuracy and attention to detail is crucial to the role •Interest in technical product details •Good written communication skills •Able to interface at all levels •Responds positively to requests for help and information •I.T literate •Ability to assess priorities and make adjustment effectively •Team focused •Flexible Preferred Qualifications: •A level standard required •GCSE/O Level equivalent to C in Math's and English Additional Information: •Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:30 & Friday 08:30 17:00 •Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk •Salary: Circa £24,648 •Life Assurance (3x Salary) •21 days holiday + bank holidays increasing by 1 day up to 26 days after two years in service •Company Perk Box.
