Salary: 45,000

Are you an experienced fundraiser with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving impactful change? Join a team to lead, inspire, and shape fundraising strategies that will maximize support for children, young adults, and families in need.

A typical week:

• Develop & lead strategic fundraising plans
• Coach & manage the fundraising team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Oversee budgets & ensure compliance across fundraising activities

You'll need the following:

• Proven experience in senior fundraising
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated budget management experience
• A proactive, positive, and adaptive leadership style
