EYFS Learning Support - Cache Level 3 Q - Are you a creative graduate looking to gain experience supporting young children with their learning before pursuing a career in Early Development or Teaching? We are working with a lovely school in Isleworth who are looking for an EYFS Learning Support who can assist and support a variety of needs and students in the primary sector. You will be working closely with multiple children on a 1:1 basis helping them with academically, as well as supporting them with their social emotional and mental health needs. The 114-year-old school has a warm, welcoming feel and they were rated 'Good' in their last Ofsted Report. This school are full resourced with professionals such as Speech and Language Therapists and Psychology Therapists who you will be able to shadow enabling you to prepare for your future career path. As well as this, they have a SEN centre staffed with specialist learning teachers whose main focus is to allow children to thrive. Not only this, they have a gorgeous school dog who is a huge asset to the team. The dog teaches the students responsibility, patience, compassion, socialisation and most of all, she brings joy and happiness to the students which improves their learning by miles. About the role - EYFS Learning Support - Cache Level 3 EYFS Learning Support Supporting young pupils aged 4-5 Working with pupils who are still developing in early development Improving young pupils with their motor skills which will consist of holding a pen, picking up a water bottle, drawing and many more. Assisting them with their language development, helping with putting words together and creating a simple sentence Pastoral support for all.
