Their building business is looking to hire from the UK and they’re looking to fill several positions across Canada (locations range from Toronto, Winnipeg and Halifax in the East, to Vancouver and Calgary in the West).
• Project Manager (project delivery or commercial/quantity surveying background)
• Senior Project Manager (project delivery or commercial/quantity surveying background)
• Superintendent (Site Project Manager)
• Senior Superintendent (Senior Site Project Manager)
• Estimator
• Managing Estimator (leading bids/estimates on large projects)
• Design Manager
• Commercial Manager (Contractual/Commercial oversight & protection/Claims)
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Commercial Manager will be responsible for the successful administration of contracts with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
You'll need experience on a range of commercial, public sector, healthcare, or industrial building projects, valued at a minimum of £20m+.
The way that projects in Canada are structured is a little different to what you'll have experienced in Scotland/the UK, but we've been recruiting in Canada for over 15 years and can walk you through this in detail.
