Trade Counter/ Internal Sales Assistant.
Our well established client based in the heart of Coventry are currently looking to recruit for an internal sales assistant to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 7am-5pm with one hour for lunch.
Alternate Saturdays 7:30am-12pm.
Job Duties:
Providing excellent customer service.
Customer Sales via telephone and email.
Dealing with telephone queries.
Storing and rotating stock safely.
Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
What you will need:
Experience in customer service and sales.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
An organised approach to work with good IT skills.
The ability and desire to work as part of a team.
Confidence in numeracy.
