Salary: £95 per day Job Type: Full-time, Temp to perm Contract length: 12 months We are currently representing a school who are looking to hire a committed and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join their staff for next term. Responsibilities The Learning Support Assistant hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets. It is important for this school that the Learning Support Assistant recruited is able to liaise with parents and provide feedback on student achievements and progress. This school requires a Learning Support Assistant who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills. The Learning Support Assistant recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve. Qualifications/Experience You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role. To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
