As they continue to grow, I am looking for a passionate and dynamic Brand/Product Manager to join their team. What you will deliver: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth and market share for assigned products. Seek opportunities for brand sales and profit growth in collaboration with brand partners and stakeholders Provide category strategies and powerful brand/product stories. Develop multi-channel pricing and promotional strategies Monitor market and consumer trends and guide in order to develop marketing strategies and plans Regularly reviewing brand/category performance for future growth driving activities Conduct market research and analyse to identify growth opportunities Manage the product lifecycle and oversee ongoing brand performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies. Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, providing insights to optimise campaigns and product positioning.You will have: 3+ years of experience in brand and or product management, ideally within the FMCG sector. You MUST currently be in a product or brand role. Strong understanding of the FMCG market and consumer behaviour. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing brands. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
