We are looking for a junior hedge fund salesperson to drive new business and adoption of our execution services across our fast growing hedge fund client base.Job Responsibilities:Identify and pitch new client business using existing network and proactively seeking out new introductionsLead onboarding and sales cycle, including product trainings and follow-upsConduct product demos and continually improve how we present our product and servicesNurture client partnerships and advocacy, foster deep relationships with key users and senior decision makersWork with Ediphy core product and trading teams to determine areas of growthWork closely with partner clients to gather feedback for imminent and future product developmentRequired skills & experience:Ideal candidate has 1-3 years experience with meaningful client facing experience from either; sales and trading experience at leading financial institution, fixed income trading venue or fixed income trading systems providerDetailed and wide fixed income market structure knowledgeExperience with credit bonds, government bonds and cleared interest rates swaps productsExisting network of hedge fund contacts (PM, Trader or C-suite level)Desired behavioural traits:Extremely motivated self-starter who is excited about trading technologySocial and empathetic character who builds lasting and deep client partnershipsHighly detailed, thoughtful and analyticalTeam player with exceptional communication and presentation skillsGrowth mindset with high agency, ready to succeed in start-up environmentEdiphy Markets Ltd is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under reference number 823631.
