MIG Welders (Temp to Perm) Location: Gainsborough **please not the site is in a remote area therefore driving licence and access to own vehicle required** Pay: £14.50 per hour, overtime after 40 hours paid at £21.75 per hour **Plenty of overtime available** i Recruit is currently seeking 2 x MIG Welders to join our client’s team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled welders looking to work in a dynamic environment with plenty of overtime available. Position Details: * Shift Pattern: * Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm (30 min unpaid break) * Occasional Saturdays (every other or 1 in 3), 6am-12pm as needed * Current Shift (during busy period): * Monday to Thursday: 7am-5:30pm * Friday: 7am-4:30pm Responsibilities: * Manufacturing trailer chassis, bodies, and subframes from technical drawings * Welding steel up to 15mm thick * Conducting repairs and general fabrication tasks Requirements: * Ability to pass a weld test * Experience with welding steel up to 15mm and working from technical drawings (recommended 9-12 months minimum) * Driving licence and access to own vehicle due to the remote location Benefits (once permanent): * Full PPE provided (excluding boots) * Footwear allowance: £25 twice a year * 32 days holiday (including bank holidays) * Long-term, permanent opportunity Interviews and weld tests will be conducted before starting.
