Job Title: Graduate Recruitment ConsultantCompany: LHi GroupLocation: LondonSalary: £24,000 + Uncapped no threshold commission We have a passion for finding good humans to join our vision!As an employee-owned business everyone that works at LHi has a stake in our company and our future success, one of the reasons our retention rate is incredibly high.LHi Group (Most Loved Place to Work Certified Company) consists of 4 international, non-competing recruitment brands working in the most cutting-edge markets in the world, from Technology, Life Sciences, Renewable Energy and Built Environment.The Opportunity:Were looking for a sales driven individual to join our SciPro brand in an established team of specialised recruitment consultants working within Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device.With multilingual consultants and offerings in UK, USA, France, Holland and the DACH region we have an unmatched network across Europe and a global reputation for expertise.Our consultants are true specialists in their niche markets; their in-depth technical knowledge and experience.Graduate Recruitment Consultant Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development (70%): Pitch our recruitment services to businesses, negotiate terms, understand client needs, and source suitable candidates.Candidate Sourcing: Post job adverts, interview applicants, headhunt passive candidates, qualify candidates, pitch new roles, generate referrals, and manage multiple interview processes.Lead Generation: Identify and action leads from all client and candidate interactions.Market Mapping: Identify and partner with new businesses and candidates within your market.Training and DevelopmentOur bespoke “Ignition” training program spans 12 weeks and covers all stages of the recruitment lifecycle. You'll develop sales skills and market knowledge through classroom sessions and hands-on experience, preparing you to become an independent business development representative.The Benefits:Competitive Salary: starting at £24,000 (negotiable depending on experience) with uncapped, no threshold commission.
