Compliance Analyst

As a Junior Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the company complies with all relevant regulations and industry standards. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a talented Junior Compliance Analyst to support our compliance team in maintaining the highest standards of regulatory adherence. Description Assist in monitoring and evaluating compliance with regulatory requirements. Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures. Conduct regular reviews of internal processes to ensure regulatory adherence. Assist with the preparation of compliance reports and documentation. Stay updated on industry regulations and assist in applying changes to internal systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is embedded across the organisation. Profile 1-2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role (preferably within fintech or financial services). Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks (FCA, AML, GDPR). CAMS certifications are advantageous. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
