My client, a leading not-for-profit life sciences business, are looking for a senior legal counsel to join them on a 12 month FTC, starting in November.
To sit within the legal team, you will provide legal support on projects and collaborations, specialising in a range of commercial, intellectual property and medical research related matters. You will provide counsel to the senior leadership team as well as working with contract managers in the legal team to manage contractual needs of the organisation.
The successful candidate must have a strong background in Intellectual Property and commercial law, with at least five years PQE gained in a law firm or in house. Must be highly proficient in drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
