Residential Conveyancer (Junior)

Job Title: Junior Residential Conveyancer Location: Stockport Salary: £(phone number removed) Hours: 9-5 Monday - Friday Job Details: Do you have experience in property conveyancing? i am working with a valued client of mine in the legal sector searching the market for a talented and precise residential conveyancer, this position would be perfect if you have 1-3 years experience in a legal practise/solicitors. Job Responsibilities: Receiving instructions from clients, and providing advice. Conveyancers work with many parties daily, so strong communication skills are essential. Finding out who the legal owner is, and checking for structural issues with the property. Preparing official documents, such as contracts, and ensuring all legal requirements are met. Reviewing contracts on behalf of clients, and making sure there are no issues. Collaborating with estate agents and solicitors, and liaising with mortgage companies. Maintaining official records of payments and contracts. Taking precautions against potential fraud and money laundering, and seeking to protect clients' interests at all times The Person: Substantial prior experience in residential conveyancing Proficient in using computer systems and case management software Great communication skills Be able to work in a corporate environment Please note that The Recruitment Co. are an equal opportunities employer #CPProfessional
