Job Requirements / Description
The Best Connection are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our client based in the Chesterfield area. The successful candidates will ensure through data processing that all administration is complete including data input and filing. You will be providing administrative support to the department you are in and assisting with any other duties as and when required. Pay rates: £12.00 to £12.50 per hour, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Your Tasks and Responsibilities * Data entry * Excel spreadsheets. (Training given on in-house system) * Liaising with the manager and administration teams * Working on own initiative * Filling in when office staff are on holiday. * Excellent telephone communications and writing skills * Filing documents away in the correct location * Dealing with customer queries * sending customer calls and queries to the right department Requirements: * Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office applications including data bases * Excellent customer service skills * Good Attention to detail * Ability to multitask and be adaptable * Excellent communication and written skills Benefits for you: * Weekly pay * Accrued holiday pay * Online registration/payslips * Free parking * Immediate start * Contribution to pension * Possible permeanent position for the right person
