Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading animal food manufacturing company who supply their specialist products internationally to recruit an experienced Health & Safety Officer. You will be responsible for all Health & Safety matters and compliance across the organisation, working directly with the Directors. You must ensure the highest standards of H&S are implemented and maintained in this heavily regulated sector. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within the food manufacturing sector and will be HACCP trained, although candidates willing to undertake this training will also be considered. ISO certification experience is also essential. Required Skills and Experience: Must have excellent IT Skills Able to communicate well, work in a small but fast paced environment and able to deal with pressure and work to deadlines. Good organisational skills and be a team player. HACCP trained Experience of working towards ISO accreditations This is a fully office-based role, working Monday – Friday 08.00 – 16.30.
