Site Manager

£19ph 3 Months initially A site manager to oversee the running of the Worsbough mill site, including reservoir and country park, which is open to the public 7 days a week from a countryside perspective. More information here: (url removed)> There is a tenant on site with a café which is open 7 days a week.  The candidate will act as liaison with the tenant, neighbours and contractors for all site related enquiries. The visitor attraction (mill) is open 4 days a week (Thurs – Sun).   Milling is currently suspended.  The postholder will be responsible for ensuring a safe, welcoming and high quality visitor experience.  Candidates will have excellent communication skills with a variety of stakeholders, and be able to respond quickly and professionally to all customer enquiries. There is a small team operating from the site plus an active volunteer programme. Candidates could be experienced caretaker with supervisory experience or have experience of managing and coordinating a visitor attraction. This will be a minimum of 3 months contract pending recruitment to the post on a permanent basis
