Conrad Consulting is currently recruiting for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our client based in the heart of Essex.

Award winning, medium sized, multidisciplinary consultancy, has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious building surveyor to join their growing team.

Our Client: An Award winning multi discipline consultancy with national coverage.

Projects: Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Residential and Education.

Requirements of the Graduate Building Surveyor:

• Hold a RICS accredited Building Surveying degree
• Ideally you will have some industry exposure via work experience of a year's placement / industry experience
• A flair for professional building surveying (dilapidations, party wall and building surveys)
• Keen to progress with your APC
• Right to work in the UK
