Contracts Engineer

Overall Job Objective: The Contracts Engineer will play a key role in managing the procurement, installation, and commissioning of new and existing sewage and surface water pumping station equipment. Key Responsibilities: Managing and overseeing contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with all relevant terms and conditions. Liaise with customers and suppliers to facilitate the procurement of parts and materials in line with the pre-determined program of works. Monitoring project costs, timelines, and ensuring all contractual obligations are met. Assist in coordinating installations and commissioning of pumping station equipment to meet customer requirements. Essential Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in contract management, preferably within the pump station, construction, or civil engineering industry (though this is not essential). Strong understanding of procurement processes and project coordination. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and suppliers.
