Finance Business Partner

Our client is an impressive international brand, looking for a Finance Business Partner to join them in a newly created role. Working closely with their Spanish operations, you will partner closely with operational and commercial stakeholders to provide analysis of financial data and performance. You will play a pivotal role helping the business to drive improvement strategies, help prepare business cases which enhance investment returns and analyse margins on both existing and new business opportunities. The Role: Ownership of operational KPIs and responsibility for tracking performance against cost reduction saving plans Providing monthly commentary explaining underlying causals behind production variances to budget and their impact on EBITDA. Assisting with preparation of operational budgets and half year forecasts Providing accurate, insightful, timely information such that the financial impact of key projects is fully understood and to help release efficiency savings from the supply chain Co-ordinate and facilitate the budgeting process for the UK factory and farm in Spain and hold regular meetings with management to discuss performance against these targets Work closely with the Supply Chain team to develop the lean manufacturing techniques and culture of continuous improvement culture Finance Business Partner - Requirements ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified or QBE Fluent Spanish speaker – able to conduct meetings and calls in Spanish Prior commercial finance or business partnering experience Experience with standard cost modelling is helpful, but not essential Finance Business Partner - The Package Salary up to £65,000 Hybrid working – 2 office days per week Plus, a whole host of benefits!
