Sales Coordinator

Due to rapid growth, we are looking for two individuals to join our London based team as Sales Coordinators, providing on-going sales and administrative support to the Directors.The successful candidate will be provided full training through Communication Work’s formal Professional Development Track, with the opportunity for advancement into a senior sales role.A combination of base earnings + commissionThe successful candidates will beA quick learner with a good sense of humour- Can learn new concepts quickly and can think on their feetConfident and articulate – Is not afraid of speaking to others and can clearly relay their thoughtsTenacious and hungry for success – A believer in the efficacy of systems underpinned by working both hard and smartHigh attention to detail – someone who is conscientious to ensure accuracy in supporting successful sales outcomesDuties and Responsibilities:+ Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.+ Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.+ Recording sales and order information.+ Updating CRM system on an on-going basis. + Writing proposals to clients on behalf of Directors.+ Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.Requirements:+ 6-12 months of sales experience beneficial but not a deal-breaker+ Confident and authoritative speaker.+ Excellent presentation skills.+A quick learner who is genuinely able to operate under their own initiative. + Results and detail orientated.
