Location: Herefordshire/South Wales and surrounding areas
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + commission

Key Responsibilities for Business Development Manager:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent support to existing customers and build long-lasting relationships.
  • New Sales: Develop sales across a variety of sectors, including Fleet, Industrial, Agriculture, and Off-road.
  • Portfolio Growth: Build and maintain a portfolio of new customers using tailored sales presentations.
  • Order Management: Submit orders based on pricing lists and maintain accurate records.
  • Planning: Organize daily work schedules and achieve sales targets.
Ideal Candidate for Business Development Manager:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven sales experience; previous experience in industrial product distribution is desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Qualifications: Sales qualification and IT proficiency are advantageous.
  • Personal Qualities: A resilient, customer-focused individual who is a team player and able to work independently.
