Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for commercial vehicle service customers
• Manage service bookings and ensure efficient scheduling of work
• Communicate with customers about vehicle progress, costs, and any additional work required
• Liaise with workshop staff to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of work
• Handle customer queries and manage any complaints effectively
• Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in a service advisor role, preferably within the commercial vehicle sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
