This stunning hotel operation is extremely exclusive – with a minimum room spend of £700 per night. The kitchen oversees a formal fine dining restaurant serving modern French menu with British influences, along with various private dining outlets serving a more relaxed style menu. Sous Chef Benefits: Straight shifts only – no doubles! 45 hours per week. A salary ranging between £43,000 and £45,000 per annum. Meals and uniform provided whilst on duty. Generous pension schemes.
