As Restaurant Manager you will work closely with the Gm and the rest of the small team . This is a role where you can really achieve your potentialand involved in all day to day running of this successful business You will have good restaurant , hotel, bar experience . This Manager role will suit a an existing Assistant / Restaurant manager , supervisor or experienced team member . 2/ 3 rosette experience would be ideal.
