About the Role:Our client is seeking a talented Teaching Assistant to support their reception cohort, consisting of two classes with a significant number of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and challenging behavior. The role requires flexibility, knowledge about SEN, and a willingness to provide support across the two classes when necessary. Responsibilities:As a Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include: Providing essential support to students with SEN and challenging behavior.Collaborating closely with the school's SENCO and teaching staff to implement effective strategies.Offering flexible assistance to both reception classes as required.Creating an inclusive and positive classroom environment where every student can thrive.
