Key Responsibilities - Health and Safety Coordinator – Manufacturing Environment: - Maintain and update Health and Safety systems and documentation to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practices. - Conduct thorough investigations into accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Deliver engaging and informative Health and Safety training sessions to staff at all levels, promoting a proactive approach to workplace safety. Skills and Experience - Health and Safety Coordinator – Manufacturing Environment: - Proven experience in a Health and Safety role within a manufacturing environment. - Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and best practices. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. - Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed investigations and produce comprehensive reports. - Experience in delivering training to diverse audiences.
