Associate Building Surveyor - Join an Award-Winning Consultancy in Central London
A leading property and construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Associate Building Surveyor to join and elevate their thriving London team.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded surveyor ready to take on increased responsibilities, manage direct reports, and become a key figure within the established team.
The Associate Building Surveyor Role
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will work closely with the Partner, contributing to the growth and strategic development of the London office.
You will have the autonomy to manage a diverse project portfolio across sectors such as commercial, leisure, education, retail, and government, providing expert leadership and driving team success. Additionally, you will oversee direct reports, supporting their professional development and progression within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage and deliver projects across multiple sectors, ensuring quality and client satisfaction Support the growth of the London office by collaborating with the Partner on strategic initiatives Oversee direct reports, offering guidance and mentoring to support their professional development Engage in business development efforts to expand the firm's client base and presence in the market
The Ideal Associate Building Surveyor
MRICS qualification Minimum of 4 years' experience in a consultancy or private practice environment Strong commercial acumen and technical expertise Proven business development skills with excellent communication abilities Prior management experience or exposure is beneficial Robust market awareness and ability to manage complex projects confidently
