About the role: The Health and Safety Compliance Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our customer focus journey, integrating, and supporting the Customer Experience Team, Flex team and Workplace Services ensuring that H&S compliance is being achieved. They will also provide support to investment teams to enable compliance and due diligence in all aspects of health and safety, primarily relating to compliance in commercial real estate and H&S industry leading innovation. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Health and Safety Business Partner and support the wider H&S team and responsible for providing excellent technical health and safety advice to various departments and all our customers (internal and external), with a focus supporting on developing customers fully managed spaces and occupied buildings.

Main duties include, but not limited to: Manage and be the main point of contact for the H&S compliance and the e-learning systems Act as the Senior Fire Marshal for Head Quarters, taking a leading role during fire evacuation drills and ensuring all fire marshals have received the necessary information and training and we have sufficient cover during core hours. Supporting the head office with day to day H&S and keep the notice board up to date Liaise with external H&S service providers to ensure external assessments are being carried out and uploaded to the H&S compliance system in a timely manner Monitor Accident and Incident reports and associated documentation. As required, support the progression/completion of associated actions with the require timescales Scheduling Health & Safety audits and inspections and support the creation of reports and uploading to the online compliance system Maintain and update H&S documentation, including the intranet pages, SharePoint files, and H&S board/committee reports

Experience required: Excellent experience and technical knowledge of H&S compliance systems Minimum of Level 3 NEBOSH General Certificate for Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent (desired) Member of IOSH or equivalent professional body or working towards accreditation Experience of working within organisations with a large property portfolio background (property, corporate construction, real estate, retail, leisure, hospitality etc.) Customer focused style and approach, with an engaging, likeable communication character Understanding of key Health & Safety legislation and mandatory and statutory requirements for building compliance
