About the Company

Following a high demand from existing clients, this people first, independent agency in Brighton is seeking a Senior Digital PR Executive to who wants to join their journey of growing their PR offering.

Built around the core principle of "doing the right thing," the agency prioritizes working with businesses making a positive impact, including a significant number of B Corp-certified clients. With a strong focus on quality over quantity, no team member manages more than eight clients at a time, ensuring dedicated service.

While the role is based in Brighton, the agency provides hybrid and flexible working options: in-office time is dedicated to cross-channel collaboration, training, and 121 sessions with your mentor.


Senior Digital PR Executive Role and Responsibilities

As the Senior Digital PR Executive, your work will be split across working with the department leads to service the agencies existing client portfolio, and work alongside the new business team to contribute to the winning of new accounts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with the new business team to pitch digital PR services to prospective and current clients.
  • Identify and recommend digital PR tools that the agency should invest in to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of the agency’s digital PR offerings.
  • Work on a diverse range of campaigns, balancing the need for strong link-building strategies with traditional PR metrics.
  • Manage client accounts, craft engaging content, and build relationships with the press to ensure successful media placements.


Skills and Experience

Your professional development will be an active focus for the business, as you are given a wide selection of training opportunities, a personal training budget, and 121 sessions you’re your mentors to support your growth to progress to a Digital PR Manager position. The agency does ask that you have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital PR.
  • Management experience is not required; we’re looking for someone with a growth mindset who is eager to learn and develop.
  • A self-starter with a proactive, "do-er" attitude, able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and pitches.
  • Capable of presenting a portfolio of successful media coverage across both print and digital platforms.
  • Naturally creative, with a keen eye for spotting trends and generating fresh ideas for clients.
