You’ll manage marketing campaigns, analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborate with teams to optimise retention strategies. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic, growing environment.Key Responsibilities:- Drive customer engagement and retention rates.- Create and manage campaigns for B2B users, focusing on product engagement and improving activation rates.- Work with colleagues to optimise customer retention strategies.- Design, manage, and optimise marketing campaigns, including creating HTML email templates.- Monitor and report on the performance of CRM campaigns, providing actionable insights.- Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Implement user segmentation strategies to deliver personalised experiences.About You:We’re a passionate and driven team looking for a CRM Manager who shares our enthusiasm for growth and innovation.- 3+ years of experience as a CRM Manager.- Expertise in CRM software and data-driven customer engagement strategies.- Hands-on experience with major CRM tools like Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Silverpop, and Mailchimp.- Strong understanding of data.- Experience in creating and maintaining HTML templates.- A solid understanding of the complete user lifecycle, including knowledge of other marketing channels and products.If you’re a collaborative team player who loves to innovate, solve problems, and share knowledge, we’d love to hear from you!This is a Full Time, Hybrid role working from our London office 2 days a week.
