Our in-house delivery team offers bespoke security solutions to meet client needs while offering insight into potential cost savings and security risks related to vacant properties.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our client outreach efforts and contribute to the growth of our business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, securing meetings with key stakeholders, and fostering relationships with developers, local authorities, and housing associations. Your role will be assisting clients to determine whether they need SIA level Security, property Guardians or one of our other services; the key feature is to deliver significant savings & peace of mind for our clients. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking team that challenges the status quo in the industry and prides itself on professionalism and trust.


Key Responsibilities:

·        Identify prospective clients and key decision-makers in target sectors.

·        Initiate outreach through email and telephone to engage senior-level contacts.

·        Lead and manage email campaigns, track performance, and convert opportunities into meetings.

·        Qualify leads, organise, and attend client meetings to present Ambika Security’s services.

·        Represent and uphold the company’s core values, promoting social value in all interactions.

·        Manage a pipeline of business opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting.

·        Take full responsibility for managing CRM systems, databases, and related administrative tasks.

·        Provide regular activity reports and feedback directly to senior management.


Qualifications and Skills:

·        3+ years of experience in business development, Security, key account management, or a related field.

·        Experience in selling to the public sector or not-for-profit organizations is preferred.

·        Proven ability to generate leads, secure meetings, and build strong relationships with decision-makers.

·        Consistent track record of meeting sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.

·        Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

·        Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.

·        Ability to manage pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain professionalism.

·        Proficient in managing time, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
