A client of ours in the Ipswich area are recruiting a Buyer to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday and paying £30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have Purchasing and Procurement experience within the Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial industry. Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Buyer position: Computer literate and good experience with Microsoft and Sage. Past experience in purchasing mechanical and/or electrical components would be beneficial. Reliable, punctual and hard-working. Highly organised and works well under pressure. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate with suppliers Confident in searching for new suppliers.
