Director of Professional Services

• Location: Leeds, UK

The Director of Professional Services contributes to and executes the strategic vision leading service delivery for the PS organization - working to build and scale a services business, in a dynamic, values-led organization to enable customer and company success.

You'll be responsible for developing strategies and operations to deliver best-in-class services (i.e., consulting, implementation, and support) to help customers evolve their EAM strategies.

We're looking for a senior leader who has managed and led teams focused on professional services & client facing project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Professional Services team exceeds expectations in completing projects successfully while meeting revenue targets and delivering business outcomes with a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work with the VP of Professional Services to help establish and manage goals and responsibilities for services team.
• Share hands-on technical preparation and presentation work for key accounts helping sell on the value of what the PS organization has to offer.
• Monitor performance of team members and provide timely feedback and development assistance.
• Identify and implement improvements to the processes and tools used as a seasoned with experience leading teams of project managers and consultants in support of external customers.
• Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead services team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in professional services or consulting roles, preferably within the enterprise software or technology industry
• Working knowledge of maintenance practices highly preferred
• 5+ years’ experience working with ERP, EAM, and CMMS solutions required
• Proven track record of managing revenue targets for PS services.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align professional services initiatives with overall company goals.
• Top-notch leadership and people management skills, inspiring and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results.
