This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in property management. Key Responsibilities: Develop a 3-Year Property Strategy Plan to align with business objectives. Lead the Property Growth Strategy for expanding new out base locations. Oversee the Property Growth Strategy for production facilities. Manage the Office Relocation Strategy from planning through to execution. Requirements: Proven experience in property management Strong strategic and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
