Mortgage Loan Processor

You will be responsible for supporting the BTL & Commercial department and advisors, covering all key mortgage processing, underwriting and administration to achieve required business levels and completions Key AccountabilitiesEnsure SLA’s are maintained and exceededAssisting team members to manage their caseloads in busy times and in times of absenceMaintain full records on systems, including clear and concise notesGeneral mortgage processing and administration duties including:CRM data entry and taking registering new business enquiriesCredit reporting and land registry searchesCompiling and producing indicative terms to send to clients and brokersDIP/AIP submissions to lendersCustomer fact finding for application formsRegistering and marking on daily postInstructing valuations and chasing inspection dates and reportsChasing solicitors and lenders for daily/weekly updatesAdherence to procedure manuals and policiesAdhere to SLA’s in order to provide the best service to the customerHarness the power of technology to streamline processesAssist the team in order to achieve the highest service standards, deliver solutions to customers and help the business achieve its goals and objectivesSkills & CompetenciesGood communication skills essential for dealing with brokers, borrowers and lendersExcellent telephone mannerProactive OrganisedProblem solverApproachableSelf sufficientKnowledge & QualificationsExperience of Residential BTL / Commercial broking & packaging desirableCeMap qualified preferential but not compulsoryPersonal AttributesGood communication skills FlexibleTeam PlayerApproachable and self- motivatedProactive and able to identify and highlight areas of improvement
