Experienced FM recruitment consultants required for established warm desks to build and develop on within the White collar construction industry. Consultants should have a 360 recruitment background and enjoy the full cycle.
You will be working for a UK based Boutique Consultancy as part of a well-established consultancy on the temp/perm and contract side of the business.
The Client
Our client is a UK based recruitment consultancy who focus on the construction and FM sectors with offices UK wide.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Interviewing and registering suitable candidates.
- Working financial targets in a well established team environment
- Arranging candidate interviews and liaising with clients through to offer stage.
- Attending industry networking events UK and internationally
- Attending client meetings and winning new business
- Placing candidates into permanent/contract and temporary assignments.
- Account Management as well as developing and nurturing new accounts.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience of working in recruitment within the blue/ white collar construction or FM sectors
- Experience of permanent/temp and contract recruitment
- Able to demonstrate evidence of success within the recruitment work environment.
- Able to manage and develop existing client accounts.
- Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player who is self-motivated and driven who can work on their own as well as part of an established team.
The Package
Competitive basic salary and monthly bonus scheme. Hybrid working offered once established.
Account Managers/Delivery also required for a 180 role to oversee existing clients and fill the roles, no Business Development required for these roles.
