Special Needs Support Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a vibrant primary school in Southwark, London. As a LSA, you will provide essential support to Early Years age students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers to ensure that every child receives the care and encouragement they need to thrive. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support children with a range of special educational needs (SEN), including ADHD and Autism. - Work 1:1 or with small groups of children, tailoring support to meet individual needs. - Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and other support strategies. - Assist with personal care needs, where applicable, ensuring dignity and respect. - Encourage independence and confidence in students. - Help prepare learning materials and adapt resources to suit individual needs. #SUGSL
